How to Use this Material

This material is emerging to form 3 key areas of focus. The same seed material will inform the guide for facilitators, the guide for communities and the personal workbook. The “seed material” is my download from the Mystery and may cross reference the 3 Lost Rites books at times. You can take that seed material alone as a meditation or inquiry on any particular subject in the body of work or you can read it together with others to experience the waveform of how they work together. Alongside the seed material will be journaling prompts and worksheets. 

Some people may just read it from beginning to end and experience it as a whole system of interconnecting pathways. Some people may find a pathway they know they need to tend to and spend a longer time with it. They are not in a fixed order, there is some logic to the order they are presented in but they can be shuffled, picked and mixed and adapted according to different needs. You can’t do it wrong.
