Throughout 2025, starting on 26/01/15 and running until Imbolc 2026 these monthly webinars will explore more deeply 13 Lost Rites of Passage as identified in the Ancestral Landscape book. Participants will get fresh and exclusive material including poetry, prose and artworks plus seeds for shared inquiry from me on a monthly basis, a 3 hour monthly webinar, with audio and video recordings plus 50% of the Book which will follow this series to be published in 2026.
This is going to be a really profound experience. To encounter within ourselves the parts of us that have not yet been initiated or have only ever been initiated by the Void. A journey of wholeness, deep healing and revelation.

More... In the final chapter of Lost Rites: Ancestral Landscape, the 12 chapters of the book revealed themselves to have been tracking 12 Rites of Passage for a human lifetime and the 13th Rite of Passage I add is the waveform of Love / Grief that connects them all.
In my prayers and meditations it has become crystal clear to me that I am to journey with these 13 Rites over a 13 moon cycle of a year, starting just before Imbolc 2025 and ending in time for Imbolc 2026.
(Northern Hemisphere Imbolc = early February, for those in Southern Hemisphere it would track to start and end at Lammas)
As this clarity of vision has become sharper it comes with a breathless excitement in me and a dawning realisation that this has to become my own anchoring practice, and that my physical, mental, emotional, psychic and spiritual health is my absolute priority and that committing to put my physical body “in place” by going on pilgrimage on the full moons, I am laying my whole Being in service of this work.
Because I come from the mire of poverty, addiction, homelessness, bankruptcy and exile it has taken me a very long time to reconcile within myself the belief that what I have to say, bring, share, teach, learn and realise is really of value. But with the publication of the 3 books I have finally come to accept and celebrate that it is precisely because of these rough initiations in a cultural void without rites of passage that I have been bruised, burnished and thus polished to a point of being able to meet, in the Unseen, the Lost Rites as they press themselves upon our world, asking to be remembered, re-imagined, reclaimed.
I imagine that each Moon, the Rite will reveal to me and to our group what we Love most, and what we are grieving in the loss both of the Rite itself but what that Rite also represents.
If you feel called to join me on this 13 Moon journey through 2025 then you are likely to be sensing within you a gentle leadership, maybe an “eldering” (regardless of age), a recognition that community needs to be kindled and you are one of those able and willing to kindle it, you are self aware, mature and have the space and will to make room in your world for this inquiry, to allow yourself to be led. I sense it will be gentle, exquisite even at times, full of joy, connection and bliss but I also know we can’t have all that without turning and facing the losses and the blocks within us and around us to that Love.
There will be mourning. We will lament and we will lament together.

At the Full Moon prior I will undertake a pilgrimage and journey into the landscape of Eryri meditating on the Rite of Passage for the month. I will journal, write poetry and maybe create visual art in some form and you are invited to join me, to share and pool what arises for you, I will offer my notes, journal reflections, poetry and art that comes from the full moon pilgrimage to the gathered a week before. We will then meet on the Sunday before or on the New Moon to explore, inquire and go deeper. To get a somatic sense of the Love, the Loss, the Rites and the Reconciliations at each stage.

What is expected of you?
This journey is for the mature and self responsible; it is a space of inquiry and revelation; the online space will be well held with light ritual, it may well be immensely healing but it is not set up to be a therapeutic space – in joining you commit to weave this inquiry into your existing self care and spiritual practice, your existing therapeutic process and to remain fully self responsible throughout.
